What happens after I hit ‘submit’?
After you submit your design request, we contact you to discuss the details and decide if the request can be granted. We might discuss things such as color preferences, scenery, personalization, and much more.
Hitting submit does not require a purchase, it simply initiates the conversation!
When do I pay?
After your initial consultation, you’ll pay a non-refundable deposit of 50%. We’ll then create a prototype of the design for you to approve. Once that you’re satisfied, we require the remaining 50% and your product will be ready in 10-14 business days.
What if I don’t like the prototype?
Part of the design process is listening to your desires before ever beginning the design. But, I understand that my perception of something might be different than yours. Once we present a mock up to you, you’ll be given the opportunity for up to three revisions. If, after three revisions you still aren’t satisfied, then unfortunately, we may not be the design studio for you.
What kind of designs can I request?
The sky is the limit! I love helping visions come true and hope that aside from violating copyright laws, I can help make your vision a reality! I reserve the right to decline any designs that are beyond my capabilities or have applicable limitations.

How long does it take?
That depends on your design! Generally speaking, I request up to 5 business days to produce a design mock up, followed by 10-14 business days to have that product in your hands.
What if I love the final product?
That means it’s a job well done! We love making people smile and I’d love to hear about it on our review page! I also encourage you to order more- whether from our available designs or message me again for a new custom design!
